Dr. Christopher Trott is from Los Angeles. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from Loyola Marymount University. After working as an overnight technician for a year, he earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biological Sciences. Following graduation, he completed a one year rotating internship in medicine and surgery here at the Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego. He worked as an overnight emergency veterinarian in Encinitas, CA for 6 years before returning to the Veterinary Specialty Hospital in 2015 to work as an overnight emergency veterinarian. His interests include trauma and toxicology. In his free time Dr. Trott likes to go surfing, play ice hockey, cook, brew beer, and spend time with his family.
