Across our hospitals and support center, we partner with leaders and teams to strengthen culture, support development, and ensure people have what they need to thrive, both personally and professionally.
I joined the organization in 2023, bringing more than 16 years of HR leadership experience across high-growth organizations. My background includes leadership roles at Aspen Dental, ERC Pathlight, DaVita, and Republic Services, where I supported teams through growth and change and helped build environments where people feel valued and supported.
I care deeply about creating a culture where people feel seen, supported, and genuinely connected to the care they provide and to each other.
