About
Ryan Kirvan began his legal career at Stikeman Elliott LLP, specializing in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets. He later served as Vice President and General Counsel at Lifemark Health Group, followed by roles with the NVA Group as General Counsel at National Veterinary Associates Canada and Associate General Counsel at NVA GP in the U.S. market. Ryan joined Ethos in the Fall of 2024 as the Head of Legal.
Ryan earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from McGill University, with a focus on Finance and Strategic Management.
As Head of Legal, Ryan is focused on supporting the growth, innovation and compliance of the organization by providing strategic legal guidance across the Ethos community.
