My legal career began at Stikeman Elliott LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. From there, I moved into healthcare as Vice President and General Counsel at Lifemark Health Group, followed by legal leadership roles within NVA in both Canada and the U.S., supporting general practice and specialty organizations.
A practical, measured approach shapes how I support teams, helping them move forward with confidence while maintaining strong standards of compliance and integrity.
