Strong financial footing allows our hospitals and teams to grow, adapt, and continue delivering high-quality care. At Ethos Veterinary Health, we help make that possible by keeping decisions clear, practical, and sustainable. 

Across finance and accounting, we support planning, decision-making, and risk management, working closely with leaders across the organization to maintain financial strength while supporting continued growth. 

Before joining Ethos, I served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Arcadia Healthcare Solutions, where I helped build the financial and operational infrastructure needed to support rapid growth and transformation. My experience has centered on guiding organizations through change, scaling operations, and aligning financial strategy with long-term goals. 

That experience shapes how I think about growth, supporting decisions that strengthen our hospitals, our teams, and the care they provide over time. 

Outside of work, I split my time between Boston and Ocala with my two children and a full house of animals, including four dogs, a cat, six horses, and two mini donkeys. I’m a lifelong equestrian, a die-hard Patriots fan, and spend as much time as possible with my family at Lake Winnipesaukee. I also enjoy crafting—especially crocheting, even if it makes me sound like a grandma.
