Strong patient care depends on the people leading our hospitals every day. Our operations leaders ensure everything runs in a way that supports both patients and caregivers.
Working closely with leaders across the organization, we focus on strengthening hospital operations, aligning how we work, and ensuring our teams have the structure and support needed to deliver excellent care.
I joined Ethos in 2022, bringing more than 30 years of experience in human healthcare, where I held senior leadership roles including Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on developing leaders, improving clinical quality, and supporting organizations through growth and change—always with the patient at the center.
That experience continues to shape how I approach this work—supporting our operations leaders, building connected teams, and creating practical solutions that work across all levels of an organization.
Outside of work, I live outside of Chicago with my husband, Joe, and our Great Dane, Rory, and St. Berdoodle, Daphne. I also have three grown children, six grandchildren, and a cat named Sheldon. I enjoy cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time at the lake.
