Ethos Cares Community Fund:

Financial relief consideration for team members facing qualified financial hardships

The purpose of this program is to support and care for Ethos employees when you need it the most – during times of personal emergencies. The Ethos Cares Community Fund is one of many initiatives we are launching to care for you and our community of team members. Our goal is to continue to create and advance an environment, culture and community of caring where our team members feel a sense of belonging, being cared for and supported. We recognize that personal emergencies and other hardships may arise unexpectedly. These situations may financially impact team members. The community fund is designed to provide some much-needed relief.

Eligible team members who are facing qualified financial hardships can apply for financial relief consideration by completing the Ethos Cares Community Fund Assistance Application.

• Eligible team members may apply once in a rolling 12-month period and are eligible for financial hardship award consideration under certain conditions.
• Full-time team members are eligible to apply for up to $1,000.
• Part-time team members are eligible to apply for up to $500.
• Ethos Cares is a support program available to all team members who have been employed at Ethos for at least 6 months.
