Submit a Referral and Access In-patient Records
Submit referrals and stay up to date with timely communications throughout the patient’s treatment at an Ethos Veterinary Health hospital.
To submit a referral, select the hospital you are referring to in the sidebar and follow the steps after logging in. All members of your veterinary team will have online access to patient records through a shared username and password. Please contact us if you need to reset your clinic’s password.
Patient Records Include:
- A medical summary including history, diagnosis, and prognosis.
- Lab results and any reports or results from other diagnostic tests.
- Discharge instructions.
- Medications prescribed.
When you sign in, your referral will be attached to the patient record, offering along with it, a few time-saving features! Receive updates and information automatically, or at your convenience, share patient records easily across the team, and do it all online or in the mobile app.
All your veterinary team members will have access to in-patient records for our mutual clients through a shared username and password.
