About
Dr. Corinne Lawson obtained her veterinary degree from University of California Davis and then fell in love with the pacific northwest while completing her rotating internship at Veterinary Specialty Center in Lynnwood, WA. Her desire to specialize in emergency and critical care led her to the midwest to complete a residency and master’s degree at University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. Dr. Lawson started her career as an emergency and critical care specialist as a faculty member at University of Wisconsin, Madison. Ultimately, her need to be closer to the mountains and oceans of the pacific northwest led her to move back to the Seattle area where she joined the ECC team at Summit Veterinary Referral Center. Dr. Lawson is incredibly motivated to educate and mentor her staff and young veterinarians. She is passionate about offering and providing the best possible care for the sickest of patients, giving hope to their families. Outside of work Dr. Lawson enjoys trail running, scuba diving, and traveling with her husband.
