Tracy Hill Named to Morris Animal Foundation’s Feline Scientific Advisory Board
October 29, 2026
Tracy Hill, DVM, PhD, DACVIM (SAIM), VP, Science and Clinical Advancement, has been named to Morris Animal Foundation’s Feline Scientific Advisory Board (SAB).
Tracy was invited to serve on the board based on her scientific background, including her expertise in gastrointestinal physiology, which is particularly valuable in evaluating research proposals across the diverse field of feline health.
As a member of the board, Tracy will review and score grant proposals to help Morris Animal Foundation identify scientifically rigorous, humane research with the potential to advance feline health and welfare. Expert review plays an important role in directing research funding toward studies that can address knowledge gaps and ultimately inform veterinary care.
Through her role at Ethos Veterinary Health, part of NVA (National Veterinary Associates), Tracy helps advance clinical research across NVA’s network of 1,200 general practice, specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals. Her appointment extends that work into the broader scientific community, contributing her expertise to research that advances feline health and veterinary medicine.
“In the process of reviewing the proposals, I’ve been incredibly impressed with the breadth and depth of ideas all with a focus on advancing feline care around the world,” said Tracy. “I’m grateful to MAF for the opportunity to help advance evidence-based approaches that improve the health and well-being of cats and the people who love them.”
For more than 75 years, Morris Animal Foundation has supported research to improve animal health worldwide. Its scientific advisory boards bring together experts to help ensure funding decisions are informed by objective scientific evaluation.
Congratulations to Tracy on this appointment! We are proud to see her expertise contributing to the future of feline health research.
