Dr. Stacy Burdick earned her bachelor’s degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois. She completed a rotating internship, residency in Internal Medicine, and a fellowship in Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy at the Animal Medical Center in New York.
Dr. Burdick launched the Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy program at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital, where she also served as Chief of Staff—leading both the medical and business operations of the more than 80-doctor practice. She later held national leadership roles with Compassion-First and NVA Compassion-First, where she helped guide medical strategy and played a key role in the organization’s integration and growth. Dr. Burdick earned her MBA from UNC Chapel Hill in 2022 and became Chief Medical Officer of Ethos in 2023.
In her role, Dr. Burdick leads with a commitment to medical excellence, innovation, and deeply compassionate care. She believes the future of veterinary medicine lies in combining advanced clinical capabilities with human-centered experiences—for both clients and care teams. She champions collaboration across hospitals and teams, ensuring that shared knowledge, aligned programs, and continuous learning strengthen patient care and empower the professionals delivering it.
