I lead with a focus on aligning our strategy, supporting our hospitals, and building a culture that prioritizes people, clinical excellence, and long-term growth. I work closely with our leadership teams to ensure we continue to deliver the highest level of care. 

Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to organizations that make a meaningful difference. I’ve spent more than 20 years in healthcare, medical technology, and life sciences, most recently at Johnson & Johnson, where I led multi-billion-dollar businesses as U.S. President of Orthopedics at J&J MedTech and President of Ethicon U.S. I’ve also held leadership roles at Janssen U.S., Noramco, Corning Life Sciences, and Eli Lilly & Co., with a focus on growth, innovation, and building high-performing teams. 

I’m especially focused on supporting the people doing this work every day—creating an environment where teams can grow, collaborate, and deliver the highest level of care. 

Outside of work, I spend time with my family and a full house of animals, including dog Koko, cat Tinsel, and nine alpacas.
