Donna Sroczynski began her career as a registered nurse, discovering an early passion for healthcare. She went on to serve in senior leadership roles in human health—including as Vice President of Operations, Chief Clinical Officer, and President of Operations—before transitioning to animal health in 2022 as Vice President of Operations for Ethos Veterinary Health. In 2024, she stepped into the role of Interim President while continuing to serve as Head of Operations.
Donna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain School of Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Complex Adaptive Systems from Duke University. Her clinical background shapes her operational approach, grounding every decision in empathy, compassion, and the belief that the patient must always remain at the center of care.
As Interim President, Donna focuses on aligning Ethos’ hospitals around operational excellence, culture, and strategic growth. Her leadership is rooted in empathy, accountability, and clarity—championing a workplace where people feel supported, connected, and inspired to deliver exceptional care. She believes that by investing in talent and creating a culture of candor and compassion, Ethos can continue to transform the future of veterinary medicine.
