Small Animal Veterinary Emergency Services (SAVES) in Lebanon, New Hampshire, is seeking a Veterinary Technician Manager to join its dedicated leadership team. In this pivotal role, you’ll guide the hospital in delivering compassionate patient care, exceptional client service, and a supportive team culture.

As the Technician Manager, you’ll work closely with the Hospital Manager and Medical Director to foster a positive, efficient, and inclusive environment for clients, staff, and referring veterinarians. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, mentor your team, and help shape the future of our hospital. The role is structured to allow the person to take advantage of all that the region has to offer, with three shifts per week, one of which is fully administrative. In recognition of the value you will bring to the hospital, the compensation is $36 – $42 per hour with substantial bonuses and overnight differentials, including relocation.
