About
At Ethos, we’re revolutionizing what’s possible in veterinary medicine through evidence-based care, anchored by science and compassion. I care deeply about developing people and supporting our teams as they grow into strong clinical leaders, while continuing to move the profession forward.
Together with clinical and operational leaders across the organization, we’re advancing medicine across our specialty and emergency hospitals—spanning nursing, medical operations, blood banking, teleradiology, compliance, and Ethos Science—with a focus on building the systems that support our teams in delivering the best possible care for every patient.
My career began at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital, where I launched the Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy program and later served as Chief of Staff. Leading both the medical and business sides of a large specialty, emergency, and general practice hospital shaped how I approach clinical excellence and operational sustainability today. Throughout my time at Red Bank, Compassion-First, NVA Compassion-First, and Ethos, I’ve supported the growth and integration of teams, programs, and medical strategy across a national network. I also serve as Vice Chair of the Board of Chief Veterinary Medical Officers.
Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible outdoors with my family—hiking, camping, and traveling—and volunteer with my dog, Norman, who helps children build confidence reading in schools and libraries.
