Tyler Stroupe

Head of Strategy

About

Every day, our teams make decisions that influence how care comes together across our hospitals. At Ethos Veterinary Health, clear insights, strong data, and practical support help guide those decisions with confidence.

Strategy & Business Operations, Data & Analytics, the Project Management Office, and Business Development come together to support how we grow, improve how we operate, and make more informed decisions across the network.

My career started in commercial banking with Bank of the West before moving to NVA in 2007. Since then, I’ve worked across general practice, specialty and emergency, and equine, supporting growth and operational excellence across the organization.

Solving complex problems that directly impact our care teams is a big part of what keeps this work interesting. A steady, thoughtful approach and a focus on continuous improvement guide how I think about challenges and opportunities.

Outside of work, life is busy with my wife, Pam, our two sons, and four dogs, Roxy, Arnold, Pepe, and Jack. I also enjoy sports, supporting local animal rescue organizations, and have become an amateur cinephile thanks to my son Cody.
