Care doesn’t begin at the hospital—it begins with the experience leading up to it and continues long after. We focus on making that experience clear, connected, and meaningful for pet parents and referring veterinarians.
At Ethos Veterinary Health, I lead marketing, referral relations, and the Customer Service Center. These teams are dedicated to creating a consistent experience before, during, and after each visit, while helping our hospitals stand out in a competitive and evolving landscape. Together, we’re building experiences that are thoughtful, intuitive, and genuinely better for the patients and people we serve.
My career has spanned both consumer and healthcare organizations, from early work in advertising to leadership roles across brand strategy, marketing, and growth. I’ve worked with companies including Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, and DaVita, and spent more than a decade as a partner at a brand strategy firm supporting companies across food, healthcare, and consumer industries. That experience shaped how I think about customer experience, data, and the role of brand in complex environments.
Outside of work, I live in Colorado with my wife, four kids, and two Bernese Mountain Dogs. I’m a Colorado native and spend as much time as possible outdoors, skiing, golfing, running, and fishing. I’m also involved with No Barriers, a nonprofit that helps people with disabilities overcome challenges and pursue their goals.
