Shannon Gibbons recently joined Ethos in 2023 with over 16 years of HR leadership experience in high-growth organizations. She previously served as the Vice President of Field HR for Aspen Dental, Head of HR for ERC Pathlight, Senior People Services Director at DaVita, and Area HR Director for Republic Services. Shannon obtained her BS in Administration from Central Michigan University.
Shannon will lead all HR functions within Ethos, including the HR business partners supporting hospitals and support center, the non-clinical learning & development team and programs, and the community team. This includes our industry-leading wellness and cultural health programs. In partnership with the rest of the Ethos leadership team, Shannon helps drive employee engagement and the Ethos company culture.
