In May 2025, Megan joined Animal Specialty & Emergency Center of Brevard as Lead Surgical Veterinary Technician Specialist. After nearly two decades in specialty surgery, she welcomed the opportunity to apply her expertise as a surgical nurse while helping build the hospital’s developing surgery service.
As a Veterinary Technician Specialist in surgery, Megan is committed to leading by example and upholding the continually evolving standards of surgical patient care. She is passionate about educating veterinary professionals on the importance of quality assurance and efficiency in the surgical environment. Megan also looks forward to connecting with other veterinary technician specialists and professionals across Ethos to share knowledge and bring new insights to her specialty and emergency team.
Outside of work, Megan lives in Central Florida with her husband. Together, they enjoy exploring the outdoors through camping, kayaking, and hiking.
