Welcome to The Team: Ashley Sipe Named New Clinical Trial Monitor

September 17, 2024

Ethos is thrilled to announce the addition of Ashley Sipe to our team as our new clinical trial monitor. Her passion for animal welfare and extensive experience in clinical research and project management make her a perfect fit for our Science Consultancy program.

Ashley will play a critical role in the success of this unique program, which offers scientific support, facilitates clinical trial participation, provides rigorous science diligence, and supports business-side operations for researchers and organizations in animal health. Ashley will work to ensure that our hospitals, clients, and research partners have the tools they need to collaborate successfully.

Before joining Ethos, Ashley spent four years at Nom Nom, a leading pet food company, where she served as both a customer advocate and research associate. There, she played a key role in coordinating research for a team of veterinarians, scientists, and nutrition experts, showcasing her strengths in project management, executive administration, and customer relations. Ashley was instrumental in streamlining communications, managing project timelines, and ensuring research studies were run smoothly and efficiently.

Ashley’s career began in animal husbandry and included success as a small-business owner. In her new role at Ethos, she will work closely with hospitals to monitor clinical trials, engage with veterinary teams, and help the teams navigate the challenges that come with running research. Her empathy, creativity, and problem-solving skills will be invaluable assets as she supports hospitals in making their clinical trial experiences both positive and rewarding.

Ashley shares her home with two dogs, two cats, and two turtles. In her free time, she enjoys hiking the forest trails of Michigan and practicing and teaching yoga.

We are confident that Ashley’s commitment to living the Ethos values, combined with her impressive background, will make her an invaluable addition to our Science Consultancy team.
