Kelsea obtained her associate degree in applied sciences from Pima Medical Institute in 2017 laying the foundation for her journey in animal care. Her career began as a technician in 2017 at VSH Sorrento Valley. In 2020 she transferred to VSH North County where she became a supervisor, showcasing her exceptional leadership skills and passion for the well-being of animals. In 2023, she transitioned into the role of Assistant Hospital Service Manager where she gained invaluable experience in coordinating daily hospital operations and dedicated herself to furthering the evolution of the veterinary industry, all the while emphasizing the importance of collaboration and team growth. Since then, she has moved into a hospital service manager position for the overnight emergency and critical care team. This position allows her to oversee operations during later hours when traditional management might not be readily available, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout the entire day and night.
