About
Dr. Katie Matthews is originally from Chicago, but has spent the past several years on the East Coast. She received her undergraduate degree in international relations from Brown University in 2010, and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019. She then completed a one year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Tufts University, where she stayed on for a medical oncology residency from 2020-2023. Dr. Matthews became board-certified in oncology by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in 2023.
