Ashley joined the Peak leadership team in August 2023. Ashley believes in female leadership and equal pay. To help female leaders, she taught the power of the debrief to an elite group of female managers at a conference in Virginia Beach. This method helps to empower employees when they are stuck in a cycle and feel as though there is no growth. It also helps develop stronger skill sets in both leaders and all team members.

When not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 boys, and two dogs. Together they enjoy playing board games, hiking, gardening, and family movie nights.
