Alanna Ferguson - Ethos Veterinary Health

Dr. Alanna Ferguson is originally from Windham, NH and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Behavior from the University of Connecticut in 2012. She wanted to be a veterinarian as a kid, but never had the confidence to go for it. She started working as a veterinary technician in 2013 and once seeing what it took to be a veterinarian, she realized she had what it took and went back to school part-time. She worked as a veterinary technician for six years while taking her vet school prerequisites and attended St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies for her didactic studies. She completed her clinical rotations at the University of Illinois and graduated with her doctorate in June 2023.

Sweet Pepper

Dr. Ferguson has a pit mix named Pepper who she adopted from the GSPCA while attending vet school on the island of Grenada. She was adopted as an older lady, who was surrendered with her nursing puppies along with heartworm disease and ehrlichia. She never barks, was already house-trained when adopted, and is the best snuggler in all the land!
