Luanne Barry joined Mass Vet in 2006 as the client service manager. Her background in operations and client relations management allowed her to implement a unified call center, utilizing call center technology, specializing in telephone triage and communication for all of the hospitals within our network.
Luanne also brings her call center operations background to Ethos where service, technology and communication are the foundation of the operation. The Ethos East service center is staffed 24/7 with skilled liaisons who receive regular training in veterinary emergency and specialty care. Luanne’s team of call center management and staff ensure that our patients and their owners are able to speak to a trained liaison any time of the day or night.
Luanne recently transitioned into a new role as Director of Client Communications.
