Dr. Jessie Fix started as a veterinary technician and a volunteer at the New England Aquarium after graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Pre-veterinary medicine and a minor in marine biology. She then went on to veterinary school at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. She spent her clinical year at the University of Minnesota where she practiced medicine at the Minnesota Zoo, The Raptor Center, and The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center.
She joined Bulger’s general practice team in January of 2016. She has taken a special interest in exotics, as well as dentistry and pain management for senior pets. Dr. Fix resides in northern Massachusetts with her beloved fur babies Luke, Brimstone, and Otto (dogs) and Charles, William, and Stanley (chinchillas).
