Call Center Specialists
The hospitals in the Ethos network in the Northeast has multiple openings for highly-motivated, Call Center Liaisons with excellent communication and organizational skills. Ideal candidates will have the ability and desire to deliver exemplary client service. Previous experience in a medical or veterinary setting is desired, as is a fundamental knowledge of windows- based computer programs and a comfort level with technology. Candidates must be dependable and have a solid work history.
Our Call Center is located in Woburn, at the Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital and processes all incoming calls for our hospitals in the northeast. Our Call Center Liaisons have tremendous responsibility, and are relied on heavily to ensure our clients’ needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Client Care Specialists
We are seeking Client Care Coordinators at multiple locations across the country.
Our Client Care Coordinators are critical to our success. They treat every client with courteous and attentive care, engaging a keen sensitivity to the emotional bond between owners and their pets. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer/client service, as well as, hospitality experience and training.
